Debolina Saha
Debolina Saha, Founder

Debolina Saha is a dual qualified senior international capital markets lawyer and is the Internship Bank's founder. She completed her law degree from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, India and a master’s in international policy and practice degree from the Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University, U.S.A. At the Elliott School she was an Elliott School Graduate Fellow and an Elliott I/WE Fellow and recently Debolina was awarded the Global Ambassador Fellowship by the Global Freedom Group.

Debolina is currently employed with the International Finance Corporation (a World Bank Group) in Washington D.C., U.S.A, as a Global Portfolio Officer (LIBOR Transition) and has previously worked for (among others) Dorsey and Whitney (Hong Kong), Allen & Overy (Hong Kong), Ashurst (London) and Amarchand Mangaldas (India).

 A first-generation lawyer herself, she also knows just how much an organization like the Internship Bank would have meant to her during her professional journey.

An avid traveler, animal lover and a cooking and reading enthusiast, Debolina has always been close to social issues. She previously volunteered at the Blind Relief Association, New Delhi, India and continues to be invited as a guest lecturer to various Indian law schools and to judge international student competitions.


Kshipra Shukla
Kshipra Shukla, University Liaison

Kshipra Shukla is a student at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Her interests lie in insolvency, arbitration, criminal and gender equality laws, and she has completed research assistantship in these matters. Kshipra has also been a part of the Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access (IDIA) initiative and as part of this initiative she helped scholars prepare for the CLAT exams. Kshipra firmly believes in the cause of equality in workplaces and through her engagement with Internship Bank wishes to contribute towards gender diversity.


Ishaan Sharma
Ishaan Sharma, University Liaison

Ishaan Sharma is a student at the NALSAR University of Law, India. His interests lie in tech law, competition law, public policy, economics, fine arts, and IPR Law. Ishaan is an avid moot court participant and volunteers at numerous non-profits. Being a student of arts and law, Ishaan is acutely aware of the structural societal inequities and the important role that gender equity can play in promoting opportunities among women who have traditionally been excluded from such opportunities. That is why Ishaan continues to be part of Internship Bank.


AnmayAgarwal
Anmay Agarwal, University Liaison

Anmay Agarwal is a student at Symbiosis Law School, Noida. He has been associated with Internship Bank since 2021 and is responsible for managing Internship Bank's Youtube Channel. Anmay firmly believes that Internship Bank can play a pivotal role in promoting female students from lesser-known colleges and financially challenged backgrounds, and he therefore continues to be associated with Internship Bank.  


Arayan Khare
Arayan Khare, University Liaison

Arayan Khare is a student at the Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), India. He is a member of GNLU's Centre for Women and Child Rights and has been a Global UGRAD Exchange Participant, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. Arayan is a strong believer that men and women should have access to equal opportunities to pursue their professional goals. And Internship Bank’s core value of promoting gender diversity, deeply resonates with him. That is why, Arayan continues to work with Internship Bank.
