Law students from all years of study who have a genuine interest in insolvency and restructuring laws and familiarity with the IBC, 2016 are welcome to apply. Depending on the role, interns will either analyse the daily orders and judgments from the various authorities and prepare briefs on them, or they will write insightful articles on various questions of law. This internship will be fairly intensive with daily deadlines to meet. Students with demonstrable experience in legal research, judgment analysis, analytical legal writing, and work/internship experience in insolvency and bankruptcy law areas would be preferred. Students would also be required to submit a writing sample on any current issue in the IBC arena as part of their application process.
